ANTI-theory learning

ANTI-theory learning trains learners to deliver results and outcomes. Using original techniques and "incubator" style approaches to learning. 

We believe theory in itself can be a barrier to learning. ANTI-theory is a new practice, where "theory" emerges from practice, but as tips and techniques, not as abstract concepts. It is dedicated to discovering light cognitive load and practical ways of learning by doing.

Meet the instructor

Meet the creator of ANTI-theory learning

I'm so happy to hear you're interested in ANTI-theory learning! My first memory of anti-theory was sitting in my dads office as he regularly gave feedback and guidance to his employees. I learnt through "observation" followed by a conversation with my dad.

This was more powerful to me because I witnessed it real time, it was short, and the conversation was memorable. 

Since then I've been fascinated with practical hands on learning. I went on to become the youngest Dean in Europe, an Executive General Manager leading a global team of 200 people and turning over £27m revenue. Because of my education background I was also given L&D portfolios to ensure it enabled business performance. 

People keep labelling poor training as "interactive", "hands on" and "practical" - when it's far from it!! So I use all my business and industry expertise to create anti-theory learning products - a truly unique way of develop people's skills.
