Hey I'm Saad! 👋

I'm on a mission to help leaders peel back  their professional identity and communicate human to human.


I studied psychology when I was 16 and became a people leader at 17 years old. I developed a compassionate communication style. 

Later I was appointed the youngest Academic Dean in Europe and also led a global team of 200 people generating £27m revenue. I learnt how to persuade senior stakeholders in a commercial environment.

I worked with diverse personalities in cross functional teams from IT to sales and engineering, and in countries from Australia to Singapore.

Now I'm teaching leaders around the world my unique communication methods.

The need

The Senior Engineering Team in India had taken on new end to end responsibility of strategic and product decision making from the USA. India as a hub was primed for significant investment from LinkedIn and the Chief of R&D was seeking business leadership and ideas from the engineering team. Given the technical mindset of the Engineers, this often proved a challenge. 
The solution

Business focused solution

I designed an Executive Mindset and Business Storytelling Programme tailored to Infrastructure Engineers for LinkedIn. This involved a mini MBA and start up incubator approach involving:
- A case study on Netflix
- Re-working an Engineering problem in business
   and customer-focused language
- Submission of 2 business investment cases
   (Disinterest Signals, partner onboarding)
- Fireside chat with 2 internal guest speakers
The impact

The programme was a success and is being rolled out to more engineers and teams across LinkedIn! The impact was in the practical nature and context relevant to engineers.
