Hey I'm Saad! I'm the Founder of Managerkind - the company with the cute Alien character! 👾

I also act as a consultant Head of Strategy, Transformation and Learning at ASHA Housing. I was previously an Executive General Manager responsible for revenue growth to £27m and lead a global team of 200!

So I'm fortunate to speak both languages of L&D and the world of business. This gives me a unique edge and I now help other managers in their careers.

I create strategic L&D solutions that drive business performance, and hands-on learning activities that are practical and achieve business goals. I'm a serial inventor of original frameworks used in business and by C-leaders. Fed up with theoretical frameworks, I've created ANTI-theory learning.
