Participants pick a realistic scenario, from a conflict to a mental health challenge, and using voice-enabled features practise a 121 meeting with an AI colleague. They test their coaching and feedback skills!

Pitch Lab

During the workshops participants write their feedback statement or do a "record and review. Pitch Lab uses AI to assess their communication style including their word choice, body language and tone (if video is uploaded). They get a feedback report with tips to improve.

Vybe Coaching

Participants conduct two 20 minute coaching sessions during the Incubator with a real life direct report or with a participant in the workshop. They record and upload the session to our Vybe Coaching platform get their Coaching Statistics including number of open ended questions asked, telling vs asking, with growth recommendations!

Interactive and inspired learning 

This means we work on a live leadership and business challenge. We are ANTI-theory! We use modern and gamified learning.

We use movie-based learning to create concepts that stick - from the Neural Handshake in Pacific Rim to Cultural Translation in Shogun!

As a manager, now you have to make decisions in the way you go to your manager. Often with little guidance. Learn how to do this and represent your company. Learn what your customers need. 
Discover some of your habits, ego, and preferences. It’s not about you it’s about others. You can only help others if you know how to help yourself.
You're so used to "doing" things yourself. As a manager you’ll now need to guide people to complete a task as you can’t do it for them. Instead clarify the task, discuss/ debate, plan, help out.
You'll work with more people as a manager. Learn how to adapt how you talk to different people and in unique situations. This means listening so you know how to respond. Be assertive, but say the tough things with respect.
You now look after your colleagues/team not just yourself. Learn to give feedback, care, give guidance, and create a place where your colleagues/team feel happy to come to work. Work with former peers.

Using our proprietary Vybe Coaching platform, every participant will complete a coaching sessions with their direct report that they will record. Using Deepgram AI over 60% of participants improved their active listening by 10% i.e. they listened for 10 minutes more, and Replayed points back over 80% more.
❓Shift from Telling to Asking
Our AI Role Play Lab helps participants practise live with an AI avatar using voice enabled features. They can choose from a range of performance scenarios. Over 45% of participants improve their ability to Ask rather than Tell (Give Advice).
🗨️ Compassionate Communication
Using our AI Pitch Demo Lab platform trained on our Communication Methods, every participant will do a record and review to assess their communication style. Over 85% were able to switch to positive synonyms and compassionate language, 33% used more storytelling, 12% improved their tonality.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the Incubator take to complete?

In our fast track mode we can run the Incubator in 6 weeks. On average it takes 10 weeks to take full advantage and to allow leaders to practice.

How much does it cost and how many leaders can join the incubator?

Contact us for pricing info, we run the incubator for up to 12 leaders to allow interactivity. 

Is the incubator delivered online or face to face?

We deliver in both formats! 

How do you measure the success of the programme? How can I access the data?

You can use your own surveys or ours. We will use our three AI platforms (see above) to gather data from real practice (from coaching sessions for example) and we'll give you this data and will help you produce a report for your C-leaders!
