Participants on this programme will have a personal development conversation async with their own line manager. It's important that both the coach, participant, and line manager of the participant are on the same page. This ensures participants can practise their behaviour outside the Incubator. 

In workshops, participants are giving feedback to their direct reports. This time, in this segment, participants get feedback from their own line managers!
